Our doctors’ patient panels are currently full. The clinic is not accepting new patients at this time. Prospective patients may still apply to be on the waitlist and you will be notified if space becomes available. See below for instructions. Do not call the clinic regarding waitlist applications, as we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries that impact our daily operations.
To maintain a high standard of care, space on our patient roster is limited. Completed applications go to our waitlist and we will notify you if space is available. Please note that your application does not guarantee a space in the practice.
Please do not inquire with our office regarding your position on the waitlist. Repeat inquiries may result in the lowering of your priority.
Upon enrollment, patients will be randomly assigned to a physician. Requests for a specific physician cannot be accommodated. All of our physicians provide comprehensive and inclusive care to patients of all ages, genders, races, and orientations.
