Dr. Cindy Chang’s patients have been randomly assigned to a doctor. Our doctors provide comprehensive care inclusive of all ages, sex, race, and orientation. No reassignment of doctors will be considered. Do not inquire with the staff as they will be unable to assist you further in this matter.
