Dr. Cindy Chang’s patients may now book an appointment with their new doctor. Please schedule your first visit as an in person appointment by booking online.
Our doctors provide comprehensive care inclusive of all ages, sex, race, and orientation. No reassignment of doctors will be considered. Do not inquire with the staff as they will be unable to assist you further in this matter.

Parental Leave for Dr. Ann Lin & Dr. Louis Wang
Dr. Nelson Chow is providing locum coverage for Dr. Ann Lin and Dr. Louis Wang starting June 2025. Dr. Louis Wang will return mid August 2025 and Dr. Lin January 2026.
Dr. Cindy Chang’s patients who have been assigned to Dr. Lin or Dr. Louis Wang can wait to book their first appointment upon their return. For any medical issues in the meantime, please book with Dr. Chow.
